Hi, there! We're Cynthia and Katie (and that's Louie over there on the left!). We're two coworkers who turned into friends, and friends who turned into business partners.
One of us knows hospitality inside and out, while the other knows brand and design. Somewhere between shifts, we realized we were both obsessed with charcuterie, and worked together to build the charcuterie business we always wish existed.
